Weighing in at 15.8lbs and 25 inches long, this 4 month old baby is already making major boss moves. Four month old Jules Zion Salazar-Ayers became an entrepreneur of a company that he’s launching with his mom, celebrity publicist Kiki Ayers. Kiki has spoke on creating generational wealth with XO Necole back in December while still carrying Jules.
Jules mother, Kiki has built a support system of over 60,000 people. She has a very inspirational story of how she ended up homeless twice. Once at the age of 16 while living in a white Ford Taurus with her family and another time in Los Angeles before stepping into entrepreneurship. Her company has been hired to work on projects for Floyd Mayweather, Snoop Dogg, A-Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Haha Davis and Russell Simmons but she says it’s her son who sparked her inspiration and took her business Ayers Publicity to the next level.
“From the time I found out I was pregnant to the time he was born, my business revenue grew tremendously,” she explained. “It’s crazy how a tiny being can motivate you beyond what you ever thought were possible.”
Ayers officially made her son a co-founder of her next company that is providing fashionable clothing for the entire family to match. She explained that while pregnant, she brainstormed a lot of ideas to incorporate her son into her business. It wasn’t until she was looking for inspiration for her maternity shoot that she came across a lot of family photos and noticed that adults were struggling to find outfits to match their kids in family portraits. That’s when she came up with the idea.
She has been consulting with Fashion Designer Guru Maxie James who owns a store on Melrose called Ellae Lisquae. James was one of Ayers’ first business clients and is mentoring her in this process. As much as James loves Ayers she loves her son Jules Zion Ayers even more and is willing to do anything to help the business succeed.
Ayers believes that part of getting her son a business mindset at an early age is also giving him a business lifestyle. She told us that her son has a celebrity stroller, in home baby massages that her friends gift for him, a spa bath, a 4 moms swing, a 5×7 crawl mat, a free personal trainer for him, wet wipe warmer and even his own bathroom.
Spectrum News SoCal did a special on Ayers and her son back in February leading up to the GRAMMY’s where she showed how she was balancing being a new mom all while being a successful entrepreneur. As a single mother this piece was very inspiring to the LA community and went viral.
“My son is a very big part of the business already. He chooses fabrics for me and everything,” she laughed. “When I’m looking at sketches my manufacturer sends he’s touches my phone and zooms in, zooms out, swipes through everything and smiles at what he likes.”
She went on to further explain that a lot of things that she does with her son people won’t take seriously. From major press to commercials, sales ads, brand partnerships deals and wealth, she will make them her personal goals for her son.
“He was on the news at 2 months and officially a business owner at 4 months,” she said. “My main objective is everyones main objective as a parent which is to protect your child. I never want him to experience the things I did so I will make sure he’s set but not spoiled. I’ll teach him honesty and to be loving. He will have the mindset and skillset to be successful in anything he wants to do but always held accountable.”
