Young Deuces has released his visual to “The Lie” off of his solo project My Unapologetic Black Thoughts. The song and visual go hand and hand to where in today’s society about the relationship between African-Americans and the police. In a span of a decade, the crime against the police killing innocent African-Americans, whether they are thugs or not, has skyrocketed to where it has been an ongoing thing and no one hasn’t stopped it or it won’t be stopped. The visual is a very touchy subject, showing a father and daughter, Brielle Delane, dealing with police brutality and injustice first hand. It was directed and shot by the collective of We Got Flavors.
Peep the visual below and get in tune.
