This is…weird. Even for Kanye West.
TMZ is reporting that Ye has filed a lawsuit against Roc-A-Fella Records, over a “declaration of his rights over a dispute he’s having and he wants money,” or whatever that means. This lawsuit also extends to EMI; a payment demand that’s reportedly been in place since Spring of last year. It should be noted: Jay-Z hasn’t had a stake in Roc-A-Fella since 2004, so there’s no issue between Ye and Hov in regards to this lawsuit.
