WARHOL.SS‘ long-awaited album Chest Pains is officially here: fourteen well-produced tracks that are complimented by WARHOL.SS’ high energy flows and catchy cadences. Additional features include Hoodrich Pablo Juan, Rico Nasty and Lil Duke while production comes from Kenny Beats, Leftbrain, Cashmoney AP, Harry Fraud, Murda Beatz and more.
My first impression of Chest Pains are solid, starting with track one, “Lifestyle,” a song that captures the whole tone of the album with a display of high energy; think Hip-Hop mosh pit music. Honestly, the only songs that didn’t immediately strike off of first listen is “War Ready” and “Switch Locations,” while two of my favorites are “BONUS” and “Red Night.”
Overall, Chest Pains showcases quality hard work, from the producer’s efforts to the artist features, down to the album artwork (not to mention, WARHOLL.SS himself brings it all together). Chest Pains is an album that should be added to your permanent collection.
