Los Angeles is home to some of Hip-Hop’s most buzzing, rising stars of the moment. Whether you’re talking about cats like Shoreline Mafia, 03 Greedo, Rucci or whoever, the scene is bubbling to the brim with star power, & hoping to be next up is south central native, Drino, who taps in with his new visuals for, “Cupper (Remix)”
Set to the backdrop of downtown Las Vegas, “Cupper” follows Jinzo Taka & Drino around as they trade off witty wordplay and fiery cadences over the energetic production. Though it’s the first song we’re hearing from the L.A. rep, I can doubt it’ll be the last as his aggressive style meshes well with today’s landscape of punk-rap. Although one wouldn’t normally classify this as that, the angst and conviction create a lane for it to survive in today’s climate.
Check out, “Cupper” below and be sure to get familiar with Drino.
