UPDATE: A new single titled “Last Memory” is dropping at midnight!
…and watch it become one of the greatest projects of his generation. For the past couple of years (or more), Takeoff has been a running joke as a lesser member of the Migos, much like Michelle Williams in Destiny’s Child (or Pras?). The difference is that Takeoff is also arguably the best lyricist in his group, as well as among his peers — and he’ll finally have a chance to show (more of) that ability via a forthcoming solo album titled The Last Rocket. According to Billboard, the project — which a select group of invitees enjoying during a recent L.A. listening session — looks to be making landfall on November 2nd.
