Chicago to Compton artist RedAngel has been making some significant noise lately. After dropping a couple of well received tracks including his Nef The Pharaoh assisted banger, he returns with his high octane new mixtape, Red October III: Halloween Gang.
Clocking in at a solid 13 tracks, the project is a solidly curated tape that builds on the sound Red established in his singles. Riding over bouncy, trap inspired production, Red never waivers with his lyricism and still shines brightest on a tape full of aggressive features including Skeme, AD, Skooly & of course Nef.
Standout tracks from the project would be, “Bag Talk,” “In My Mode,” & the Compton Menace assisted track, “Moving Fast.” With 13 tracks to digest a piece of Red’s story, the 3rd installment of Red October is the meal we were promised after a few promising appetizers.
