Handsome Boy Bank$ is ready to party and rap his ass off in his appropriately off the wall new video for “Who R U,” the super-catchy single off his recently released album, The Notorious BIG Lebowski.
The L.A.-based artist brands himself as a “a roguish champion of the working class,” and you can actually hear his blue collar work ethic in his bars. He may appear to be a wild-haired joker who indulges on oversized blunts and beers, but his rapping chops cannot be denied by anyone listening to his music.
Throughout “Who R U,” Bank$ flexes a clearly refined flow that he uses to deliver tack-sharp wordplay and cultural references. In other words, he may not necessarily want you to take himself seriously—and it’s clear he doesn’t even take himself that seriously—but there’s obvious talent on display in these visuals. It doesn’t hurt that there’s a bit of a Halloween party vibe to the affair, either.
