Looking to be among the latter, Las Vegas native Wes on Acid checks in with his trippy new visuals for, “The Maggot Brain.”
Set to the backdrop of an ambient cementary, “The Maggot Brain” is an experimental, yet oddly infectious track that walks the thin line between Alternative Rock & distorted, lo-fi Hip-Hop with an attitude. Whatever you decide to label it, the one things that’s not in question is Wes’ ability to be authentic. Complimented by the slow motion close up shots of Wes & his surroundings, the song perfectly soundtracks the video.
