Modish Moms, a nonprofit motherhood empowerment movement is throwing an all white Labor Day Brunch & Day Party for mother entrepreneurs in Washington, D.C.

Sponsored by DC Now Events, this is the perfect outing for anyone looking to network, enjoy amazing food, and learn about news ways to positively impact your community.

Founders Ciarra Neal and Courtney Edwards, two millennial mothers, wanted to create a safe haven for young mothers looking to balance lifestyle, career and parenting options.

They have done just that. Not only do they educate woman and mothers on ways to stay empowered, Modish Moms throws powerful, inspiring events like this upcoming one.

This brunch and day party will take place on Sunday, September 1st at Po Boy Jim‘s located at 1934 9th Street NW DC. Brunch is from 11 am to 3 pm and the day party is from 3 pm to 6 pm.

On the menu for this event will be $15 bottomless mimosas, French toast, crab cake benedicts, veggie & egg omelet, catfish & grits and gumbo.
