For those who aren’t aware of the growing talent that is known as Devyn Adair, it might be time to get acquainted. “Pressing Me,” being the second record released from her forthcoming EP Filters and backed by the AD-assisted “Maybe,” Adair carries herself quite confidently, joining other EMPIRE artists by bringing something new to the table. The track serves, as an anthem to all women to keep it moving and not to stress love/men for that fact. Independence has always been a fight for generations, and as long as there are women that strive for more, the odds will always be in their favor.
Having perfected the craft of intermingling nineties-like soundscapes with upbeat tempos, Adair created her own style, uniquely putting herself into a different category than female artists; she’s able to produce nothing less than a smash radio hit when in the booth. The release date for Filters gets closer, making July her most important month of the year…check out and stream both singles below.
