RESPECT. sends it’s condolences out to the family and loved ones of the legendary, groundbreaking photographer Nitin Vadukul, who reportedly passed away at the age of 52 due to complications from cancer. The photographer was known for taking pictures of some of your favorite Hip-Hop artists and bringing said photos to an entirely different level. Case in point:
He’s also created some of the most memorable work for LL Cool J, Dr. Dre, Iggy Pop, Jay-Z, Barack Obama and loads more. Simply put, he set the standard for much of the creative, manipulated photography you see in publications today.
