Holy smokes. Kendrick Lamar continues to push the bar for the culture: he already managed to increasing volcanic anticipation for the forthcoming film The Black Panther by announcing that he’s executive producing its soundtrack. Now, he continues to turn the heat up: following the SZA-assisted “All The Stars” comes a new drop from the project titled “King’s Dead,” which teams K. Dot up with Future and fellow TDE member Jay Rock.
You can check out a preview of the track below, which officially goes live later on tonight. Everything Black Panther will officially make landfall February 9th (pre-order the soundtrack/album here).
