This weekend, Chicago-based artist Bread Doe will be taking his talents to South Beach for Rolling Stone’s 50th anniversary party in lieu of this year’s Art Basel extravaganza. In celebration of, the eOne-signed rapper, writer and producer delivers the new track and visual for “OKKAY.”
The melodic track showcases Bread Doe’s range and diversity as an artist. “OKKAY” soulfully recounts a moment of frustration and heartbreak in a young woman’s life, walking a fine line between being full of mourning and full of hope.
Enjoy the Brian Gregory-directed visual — which also features dancer Stephanie Malibu Banes — for “OKKAY” above.
