You can read the entire breakdown over at NBC Philadelphia, but it looks like the increasingly questionable Judge Genece Brinkley has shot down Meek Mill‘s emergency bail petition in regards to his probation violation and subsequent incarceration. According to Brinkley, Meek is both a flight risk and — wait for it — a “danger to the community.”
All of this comes after Brinkley sentenced Meek to a two to four prison sentence last month. Since then, the “community” and its leaders have come out in support of Meek Mill, who’s been fighting the system for his freedom since his youth.
