UPDATE: Kendrick appears on another track from U2’s new album titled “American Soul”; that’s been added below.
Kendrick Lamar continues to shine as a featured guest following assists for the likes of Rich The Kid and Rapsody. For his latest trick, he connects with the legendary U2 on their new single “Get Out Of Your Own Way,” which is said to appear on the band’s fourteenth studio album and official follow-up to 2014’s Songs Of Innocence (aka the album iPhone users received, whether they wanted it or not). It’s not the first time that these two made magic — U2 joined Kendrick on the DAMN. track “XXX.”
Enjoy the Pop-friendly cut below; fans can also check out U2’s previous single “You’re The Best Thing About Me” here. Pre-order Songs Of Experience (out December 1st) via iTunes.
