DOT. is back again after releasing the official music video for “Bound 2 See,” which was well-received online and featured on some of the web’s largest Hip Hop platforms. Continuing the momentum, DOT. unleashes a new visual for “You Need It, I Got It,” featuring Uncle Murda.
Directed by Blu Collar Entertainment, the visual finds DOT. and Murda trading bars over the scenic Los Angeles backdrop flanked by ladies, cash, and all other vibe paraphernalia. A chance meeting in the studio is how the record came to fruition as DOT. shares, “a mutual acquaintance of G-Unit brought Murda up to the studio and we started smoking and vibing.” Things organically came together from there, “I was finishing the hook on the record and he was just feeling it and went in the booth.”
Produced by himself. and Vekz Madison, “You Need It, I Got It,” will appear on DOT’s debut EP “Start The Hate,” which is slated for release in early 2018. The momentum leading into the release of the project continues to grow as his previous effort, “Bound 2 See,” has already seen commercial success in the across the pond, peaking at #4 on the UK urban charts and #13 on the UK pop charts.
Peep the visual at the top of the post and be on the lookout for more from DOT.
