Born and raised in Philadelphia, Ryan Rose appeared on season 16 of Oxygen’s “Bag Girls Club.” Known for her unapologetic attitude, the 24-year-old media personality has now moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams as a recording artist. Today, we receive Rose’s debut 7-track project, Different Now.
The title and cover art hint at Ryan’s transition from Philly to L.A., and how she chose to change her hair color to compliment the move.
“My creative process for Different Now was rolling up my blunt, and just getting in my zone. Every beat on the project inspired me and made me want try something new when rapping. It brought out a different sound that I’ve never done before. When it was all said and done, I knew I had something very unique,” Ryan shares with us.
Listen to Different Now below via Soundcloud, and be sure to support on iTunes here.
