UPDATE: Something originally missed — a new track/visual in celebration of this week’s holiday, added below.
Earlier this week, Floridian star Kodak Black decided to keep the streets fed with some new tracks, which is said to be grouped as an EP titled Down South. Here are the track breakdowns:
- “Roll N Peace 2,” a redo of a past collaboration with fellow Broward County emcee XXXTentacion that takes from DJ Khaled’s Major Key cut “Do You Mind”;
- “Right Now.” which sees him more or less letting the listener in on his activities in real time;
- The supposed title track, a sort-of love story that sees Kodak looking to bring a New York lady to his neck of the woods; and
- “Snap Shit,” which sees him trying to stay positive in a sea of negative.
Enjoy the tunes below.
