Mike Floss is such a talented individual. I discovered his talent from a friend of mine, an artist that supports his music. Don’t Blame The Youth was my true introduction to the young cat! I had it on repeat, recommending others to listen to it as well. My favorite track from the EP is “Movie,” because it gives a ‘90s R&B vibe! The video for said track so dope, further reminding me of the whole ‘90s era.
He recently put out his album Tennessee Daydreams, and I am really digging the vibe, as it gives us a different perspective of a Tennessee country boy. From start to finish, this album is a classic and it is something that you can relate to. My favorite tracks off the album are “Sasha,” “Jimi Wave,” “Peach Soda” and “Serving All Night.” “Sasha” is the main one I like because it really does speak the truth about us women giving fake names (haha)!
I recently went to his album release in support of the album, and I was so proud of the young bull and who he is becoming as an artist. He was born and raised in Nashville and the album is a representation of his upbringing. When he performed “Jimi Wave,” the swag surfing was in full effect for his fans. The crowd rocked with him and showed major love; this won’t be the last you will hear from Floss.
