Tee Grizzley and Meek Mill have shared “Beef,” a song that vividly imagines the violent alternatives to talking out problems with your enemies. Back in June, the two were spotted in the studio and this record was briefly previewed. After a whole summer essentially, the song finally sees the light of day. The Detroit and Philly rappers clearly show great chemistry on wax.
Produced by Tee’s right-hand man Helluva, the song is the first we’ve heard from him since “Teetroit,” his cut from the Detroit movie soundtrack. While Grizzley and Meek detail beef, they give clear descriptions on the type of beef they’ve encountered during their life in the streets. While it’s been a long-awaited collaboration waiting to happen, the two rappers definitely don’t disappoint on it.
Now, fans are waiting for his new album, Activated, and though there’s no date set for that to drop yet, Tee did recently tell his fans to expect new music throughout the next two months. Check out the latest lyrical show the two rappers put on below and let us know what you think!
