UPDATE: Shout out to Travi$ Scott, who not only appears on the new release — he’s also signed Smokepurpp to his Cactus Jack Records imprint. Congrats to all involved.
Florida is ablaze right now with fresh Hip-Hop. Contributing to the new generation renaissance is Miami’s Smokepurpp, who has (finally!) liberated his new project Deadstar following a new deal with Interscope Records. The release contains 16 tracks and features from Chief Keef, Yo Gotti, DRAM, Juicy J and — of course — close friend and long-time collaborator Lil Pump. I’m definitely looking for to the visuals that come from this drop.
