Back in March, NoLay liberated her latest album This Woman, a project designed to for and to inspire women (most importantly, herself), as revealed in The FADER:
I just went into [This Woman] knowing I wanted to make women feel empowered. I don’t think [listeners] are used to me owning myself sexually, I’ve never done that previously on any of my tracks. [Before,] I was cautious, because men will sexualize you and treat you as an object. I wanted people to see me as a lyricist. But now I’m speaking up.
Continuing the momentum, the South London emcee delivers a new visual for “Marching,” which sees her performing the Stuttz-produced cut with the assistance of choreographed dancers. It follows the powerful clip for “Dancing With The Devil.”
You can see both of those videos, and stream This Woman, in full below. ALSO: Make sure to check out last year’s Grime, Guts & Glory, done alongside Kid D.
