MoneyBagg Yo Feels "Important" in His Latest Visual

MoneyBagg Yo is flying high off the release of his new project Federal 3X. For his latest from that project, the Memphis emcee delivers a new visual for “Important,” directed by Karltin Banks and Cotton Films. The clip sees MoneyBagg in full photoshoot mode, flexing for the viewers while rapping about the hedonism his life entails and what puts him above the rest:

I’m hearin’ voices sayin’ flex on ’em
I’m whippin’ dope with the Patek on me
I’m always good, ain’t gotta check on me
She hit me up, she wanna sex on me
I’m a dog, I’m a pit on ’em
Giraffe head, she got a neck on her…

The CMG-signed artist also used the platform to speak on this year’s XXL cover, a spot which many — including us — feel he deserved:

I wanted the XXL
They didn’t wanna give me my recognition
Like my s*** ain’t hard as hell
Oh well, guess they thought I would fail
I told ’em time will tell
