It’s hard not to smile every time D.R.A.M. hits your TV or computer screen. Prepare to smile now, the Virginia artist has delivered a colorful, almost Ron Burgundy-esque new visual for “Gilligan,” his first official post-Big Baby D.R.A.M. cut that features assistance from A$AP Rocky and Juicy J. Given his collaborators, it should be no surprise what’s in the 70’s style clip: weatherman D.R.A.M. & Co. have the power to, uh…expose asses, or something. Add in Juicy J’s classic production (I definitely miss the Triple 6 Mafia vibes), D.R.A.M. probably has another hit on his hands.
Enjoy the Nadia Lee Cohen-directed video for “Gilligan” above and pick up the single here. If you missed it, D.R.A.M. — who’s still taking over cities with Kendrick Lamar as part of the DAMN. tour — also dropped the tracks “Group Thang” and “The Uber Song”…check those out here.
