UK legend Tinchy Stryder is back in the fold — the East Londoner has delivered a new track and visual for “Work.” The Sir Spyro-produced track sees him returning to prime Grime form; the stylish clip (directed by Dman and Capes) adds to the tracks flair with its fly simplicity.
The Ruff Sqwad alum explained the track to Complex, who premiered the release:
The concept of ‘Work’ is an explanation of how we all dedicate our lives and time around our work ethic… I wanted to show and give many different examples of the meaning ‘work’ from my point of view. The motto behind the song is, regardless how big or small the job, we all have to respect the job at hand and put 100% dedication in.
Enjoy “Work” above; the track will appear on Tinchy’s forthcoming 5-track EP Private Life In Public, out August 18th (pre-order via iTunes). The new single follows last year’s “Bros Dem,” Tinchy’s collaboration with Donae’O and President T — that can be checked out here.
