This is not the first time T-Pain has made news recently. The iconic rapper’s performance at Summerfest earlier this month was some killer, some filler, but still a good time. In addition, Travis Scott let the cat out the bag via Twitter, hinting that there might be some type of collaboration with T-Pain. Pain himself replied to Travis Scott’s tweet and further added fuel to the rumor — not to mention his rumored project with 24hrs.

Anyone who has listened to top 40 radio over the last 10 years will know at least one (or two) T-Pain songs. Now, he unleashes an amazing heartfelt clip titled “Mashup” with Kurt Hugo Schneider on The Beat in which he brings references of his older hits like “Buy U A Drank (Shawty Snappin’)” and “I’m ‘N Luv (Wit A Stripper)”, complete with a piano and violin backdrop. The cinematic clip is so heartfelt that it might bring back memories for many.
