As the New York City music scene continues to grow with a bevy of newcomers, 2017 has shown us that there is much more talent waiting in the wings. 18 year-old newcomer Sheff G is a prime example of this. Already being heralded as one of the cities’ next big starts, the Brooklyn native saw his single for “No Suburban” take over the underground and now his him on the brink of stardom.
This week, Sheff G is joined by fellow Brooklynite Corey Finesse on the official remix for “No Suburban.” Corey is one of the more highly covered NYC newcomers, along with his label NuLa Ent, and his presence on the record only looks to further the momentum for both. Complimenting each other very well, the collaboration is vital to the new look New York that has had music fans engaged.
