French Montana Honors Chinx In "Whiskey Eyes" Visual

Last Friday, French Montana delivered his latest album Jungle Rules, his second official studio LP…the project is steered by the success of “A Lie” (featuring The Weeknd and Max B) and the Swae Lee-assisted single “Unforgettable.” For his latest from the project, the Coke Boys head honcho drops off a heartfelt visual for the album’s opener “Whiskey Eyez,” which features late rapper Chinx.

The Majik Films-directed clip sees a painter creating a portrait of the fallen emcee, revealed at the end as French holds Chinx’s son Nugget in his lap. We also see throwback footage during better times, as well as other loved ones — including Drake — lined up alongside the South Bronx representer. It’s a touching accompaniment for the somber track (produced by Rick Steel, Shaun Lopez and Ben Billions).
