It’s been three years since Jhené Aiko blessed the world with her major label debut Souled Out, and a year since her reintroduction as one-half of TWENTY88 with beau Big Sean. This week, Aiko kicks off the start of her sophomore solo album campaign with a new track “While We’re Young,” and it’s accompanying visual.
The track — which follows the sexually-charged “Maniac” — circles around living life to the fullest, especially while we still have our youth…the clip seems to take from the 2004 film 50 First Dates (SIDEBAR: Seems like Drew Barrymore‘s making a Pop culture comeback).
Enjoy the video for “While We’re Young” and pick up the single here. Aiko’s next album — said to be tentatively-titled TRIP 17 — is on the way.
