Two new, sure-to-be-great projects to enjoy on your Friday:
DJ Khaled – Grateful
You’ve already heard the big singles — “To The Max,” “I’m The One,” “Wild Thoughts” — and you know the man’s track record. On Grateful (his tenth!), DJ Khaled reconnects with pretty much any and everyone of any importance in music today — Rick Ross, Travis Scott, Calvin Harris, Rihanna, Lil Wayne, Justin Bieber, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys, Fat Joe, JAY Z, Beyoncé, Big Sean, Future, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Migos, Young Thug and 21 Savage don’t even make up half the contributors on this 23-track project. Also, Asahd Khaled executive produced this, so you know it’s fire.
In addition to the streams, you can also check out a new visual for the album’s intro (“I’m So Grateful”), featuring Sizzla.
Vince Staples – Big Fish Theory
Following last year’s Prima Donna comes a new album from Vince Staples titled Big Fish Theory, led by the singles “BagBak,” “Big Fish” and “Rain Come Down.” While Vince refuses to be loud about the project’s figures, it doesn’t make the collaborations any less disappointing: Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, Juicy J, Kilo Kish, Ty Dolla $ign and Damon freakin’ Albarn make appearances.
Also added is a new visual for the latter-mentioned single.
