DJ Khaled Drops Video for "On Everything"

Currently, DJ Khaled is winning heavy thanks to yesterday’s release of Grateful, which featured appearances from everybody (seriously). Following that, he initially took to Instagram to deliver his new music video for “On Everything,” which features Travis Scott, Rick Ross and Big Sean. The Eif Rivera-directed clip is simple-yet-effective, as each artist uses the massive scenery to push their lyrics forward over the Khaled and Danja-produced track.

Here’s where things get interesting: if you remember, many speculated that Kendrick Lamar was throwing shots at Big Sean (who he rapped with on Khaled’s “Holy Key”) prior to the release of DAMN. on “The Heart Part 4.” Now, it seems as though Sean is returning (indirect) fire at his competitor:

Boy, I’m a Caesar, I see s*** and seize it
Roc-A-Fella chain, but you can still get “Ether”ed
Yeah, they don’t really f***ing feel me man
But when you really run it they try and clip your Achilles
I’m on track to a billi’, I got Khaled f***in’ with me
That mean I got the “Holy Key” and got the key to the city (lil n***a)

If there’s anything that’d be great for Hip-Hop, it’s an on-wax lyrical war between two of the culture’s best current emcees.
