UPDATE: Cardi B heads to Dubai in the flashy new visual for “Bodak Yellow,” which has been added below.
New York emcee Cardi B continues to shed her reality show image in exchange for a steadily rising career in music; this is been solidified by her quality Gangsta B***h series. Now, Cardi moves forward with a new track titled “Bodak Yellow (Money Moves),” which sees her openly channeling Miami rapper Kodak Black‘s signature flow while repping her Blood affiliation and keeping her eyes on the currency:
Little b***h, you can’t fuck with me if you wanted to
These expensive, these is red bottoms, these is bloody shoes
At the store I can get them both, I don’t wanna choose
And I’m quick cut a n***a off so don’t get comfortable
Look, I don’t dance now, I make money moves
Say I don’t gotta dance, I make money move
If I see you and I don’t speak, that means I don’t f*** with you
I’m a boss, you a worker b***h, I make bloody moves…
Listen to the J. White-produced track below…hopefully, this means a new project is on the horizon.
