June 24th, 2003: Beyoncé released her debut album Dangerously In Love and became the Queen of Pop. Since then, she made her mark as a DIVA, one of the greatest to ever do it.
In the past 14 years, Mrs. Knowles-Carter has married and become a mother of three, showing us that you can have it all — a career, motherhood and a loving marriage. King Bey hasn’t stopped either, showing us that woman are just as powerful and determined as men.
Beyoncé was always a star, even in her Destiny Child days…everything she touches is destined to be Gold. She showed us she was going to be a star; not only did she become one, she became one of the greatest Pop icons in the world.
I still listen to this album today because everything she talked about in 2003 is still relevant today. What was your favorite track on the album?
