This week, Florida artists Smokepurpp & Wifisfuneral invaded New York City and performed at VFILES’ ‘Loud’ concert series, a must-see event for all in attendance and anyone streaming online.
Me and Gabe (the photographer) showed up to this event and didn’t know what to expect; all we knew was that it would be crazy, and the two headliners did everything except disappoint.
Some of the main ingredients at VFILES Loud: mosh pits, stage dives and crowd surfing backed by good vibes, hard-hitting beats and dope music. The energy from the crowd truly motivated Purpp & Wifi to reciprocate the same high-energy volume throughout the whole event.
Another big highlight of the show was the influx of new music Smokepurpp dropped from his upcoming project Deadstar (not much, but just enough). Most of the crowd embraced every song played in full, appreciating everything the Florida boys brought with them. If u missed this show, it’s highly-advised to make the next VFILES event. We also look forward to seeing what Smokepurpp and Wifisfuneral will do next; in the meantime, you can check out both artists’ music via the links below.
