Hit the streets of New York City with one of Hip-Hop’s most intriguing and animated new voices, MC Whiteowl, who today delivers his visuals for “Pickle Juice.”
Like “One Chance” before it, this video is also directed by Olise Forel for Moving Silence. And while the preceding visuals took Whiteowl through the wilderness and showed off his eccentric side, “Pickle Juice” is much more grounded and realistic.
The video allows the viewer to spend the evening with the rapper, who travels through various parts of New York, chills with his crew, and rocks a live show. And it’s this intimate time spent with Whiteowl that provides even more insight into what makes him tick, which if you haven’t figured it out yet…is Hip-Hop. This is an artist who proudly professes his love for the culture, and his passion is contagious.
In addition to being his latest video, “Pickle Juice” is also the latest single we’re hearing from Whiteowl’s forthcoming project, Born Yesterday. The album is set to feature production from DJ Fred Ones, FatCat Hayze, Statik Selektah (“One Chance”), and Jakk Wonders, who provides the slapping boom-bap instrumental on “Pickle Juice.”
