First, C-Sharp was setting the Internet ablaze with his leak “Hotbox,” a club ready, radio-ready banger that celebrates the joys of smoking weed in the whip. (Hey, it’s legal in Cali, ain’t no crimes here.)
Then he set it off with “Welcome 2 the Juice” featuring Kevin Parx, Matt Allenn, and his label mate, Kaliber, He didn’t stop there though; he California rolled on, and dropped some turn-up tunes with the audio for the well-received “Flex On ‘Em,” a record about flexin’ towards bigger and better things in life that boasts that hyphy West coast sound as a teaser from his then upcoming mixtape, Driving Habits.
After dropping Driving Habits, C-Sharp teamed up with K-Lien and Chris Penn for their provocative single, “Leaving With Us,” produced by MadReal, as a teaser for his larger project, “Keep It Lit”.
Now the finished product is here — a five track project, featuring the aforementioned “Leaving With Us,” the title track, and three other radio-ready summer anthems.
