Some artists find it difficult to put together an EP that paints the perfect reflection of their life in the present moment. California-based rapper, Kamal Smith, definitely took his time and did just that, as well as, successfully crafting an EP that effortlessly shows off his fine lyrical skills.
Just 5 months after releasing his WHOLEHEARTED EP, the artist coming from the independent label KBA, makes his big return with a new project titled How We Get Here. The Traphouseryan-produced 5-track effort consists of satisfying, addicting, and anthemic sounds. This is definitely his best body of work yet and it is just an appetizer for what’s to come. Without a doubt, Kamal Smith’s new project makes him even more intriguing and solidifies his spot as an artist to watch moving forward in 2017.
