Boston native Cousin Stizz is back with new music, and this time he drops a new song titled “Headlock” which features a verse from Migos’ Offset.
The Vinylz produced track is definitely a hit as Stizz bodies the instrumental with his hard lyrics and infectious hook, “I put the drink in a headlock / Try and cross me, boy, you better not / Four until four, almost fell out / Do what they can’t cause they deadlocked.”
The record was premiered on Beats 1 Radio with Zane Lowe where he also made the major announcement that his fourth mixtape titled One Night Only, is set to drop on May 12th. His recent projects Suffolk County and Monda were great works of art and we can’t help but to be excited about what’s to come from the MC.
“Headlock” is absolutely a fire record and has the potential to be the song of the summer. You can stream the record featuring Offset on Cousin Stizz’s Sound Cloud below.
