Yesterday, Aminé went double platinum with his hit single “Caroline” in the United States. Via social media, he posted a big plaque of his accomplishment and a banana on the side. He is currently on tour and will be in Nashville, Tennessee this weekend to perform with other artists at Vanderbilt University for their Rites of Spring festival this Spring semester.
Aminé is a hip-hop rapper from Portland, OR who released his single on August 26, 2016 on all music platforms. It became hit at the beginning of 2017 thanks to the song’s catchy title. He released his visual for his new single, “REDMERCEDES,” on April 7 with over a million views in two days. Watch it here.
