So if you haven’t heard already, there seems to be some big beef between President Donald Trump, Snoop Dogg and T.I. all over the “Lavender” that Snoop released earlier this week. In the video the mega rapper can be seen pointing a gun at a fake clown that very much resembled the Donald himself. Of course this outraged President Donald Trump who later took to Twitter and hashed out these words to the rapper:
Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 15, 2017
Of course this didn’t bother Snoop at all who had this to say to Billboard:
“When I be putting shit out, I don’t ever expect or look for a reaction. I just put it out because I feel like it’s something that’s missing. Any time I drop something, I’m trying to fill in a void, “I feel like it’s a lot of people making cool records, having fun, partying, but nobody’s dealing with the real issue with this f–king clown as president, and the shit that we dealing with out here, so I wanted to take time out to push pause on a party record and make one of these records for the time being.”
On the other hand, fellow rapper T.I. came to Snoop’s defense by calling out Trump on Instagram. Unleashing a fury of insults, the “Us or Else” rapper called the president a “tangerine tanned muskrat scrotum skin, lace-front possum fur wig wearing, alternative fact, atomic dog,” among a number of other things.
The rapper also reminded people that Snoop Dogg was a legend and asked Trump to keep the “Gin and Juice” rapper’s name out of his mouth. But T.I. didn’t stop there. He went on to call Trump a “wannabe dictator” and told him to continue focusing on “dividing minorities, building barriers, alienating immigrants and messing this country up.”
Here is the video to”BadBadNotGood” by Snoop Dogg.
Sound off in the comments and let us know what you think of the video and if you feel the rapper went to far with his parody.
