If you don’t know about R-Mean, right now might be a good time for you to familiarize yourself. The Armenian-American artist is a seriously respectable lyricist, credited by Sway Calloway of Shade 45. After several freestyles on The Morning Show saw him killing the Five Fingers of Death freestyle, the lyricist went on to the Doom’s Day Cypher which aired on Revolt TV a few weeks ago. While on this particular cypher, R-Mean announced that he’d be dropping a new record once a week for 52 weeks straight. This week marks the 11th week of 52.
In addition to rap, sources tell us that R-Mean is committed to spreading awareness of the Armenian Genocide that took place in 1915, which is why he wears his 1915 gear.
This artist isn’t just a great rapper, he’s also standing for a great cause. Check him out Instagram, and keep up with him every Monday for #MeanMonday in order to have your mind blown.
