If it’s not obvious already, Jay Z has a lot to be grateful for. The businessman, rapper and soon to be father of three, has really been taking his empire to the next level.
The same day that it has been announced that Jay Z will be the first rapper to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, it has also been announced that Jay is reportedly going to launch a venture-capital fund. Yup, boss shit. According to Business Insider, Jay teamed up with Roc Nation President, Jay Brown and are planning to launch the VC fund with Sherpa Capital after they find a third partner. Ahem. Hey Jay! Give us a call!

We’ll keep you posted as this story develops but in the meantime, congrats to Jay for his induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame!
