After an excruciatingly-long wait, London artist Sampha will finally be releasing his debut album Process, of which we’ve already heard last year’s single “Blood On Me“. This week, the Drake and Kanye West collaborator delivers another track titled “(No One Knows Me) Like The Piano”, an absolutely beautiful song that Sampha liberated in tribute to his late mother, who passed on in 2015 after a bout with cancer:
this song is dedicated to my mother binty sisay. the more time that passes, the more i see the extent of her love for me…
Enjoy a stream of “(No One Knows Me) Like The Piano” below; Process (of which the tracklisting can be found beneath the audio) drops February 3rd via Young Turks. Also a must listen: Sampha’s Dual EP, which was released back in 2013 and can be found here.
