There’s been talks of a Fetty Wap & Nicki Minaj collaboration for a couple months. Now, the two artists come together to give their fans a new track called “Like a Star.”
The New Jersey rapper just dropped his ‘Zoovier‘ mixtape last month and has been releasing new music videos left and right. Now, he’s back at it again joining forces with the Trini queen, miss Nicki Minaj.
As the weather gets cold, the track gives you a tropical island sound as Fetty croons throughout the new track. Minaj drops her own heat on it with lyrics such as “Who better than Nicki? / Man, I can’t F’in tell / Every time I drop bitches like ‘FML’ / You in the game? I own my own game.” The song also lands on Nicki’s 34th birthday!
Fetty Wap is currently working on his sophomore album. But in the meantime, vibe out to “Like a Star” below!
