Ace Henny is back after giving fans the smooth and intimate track “Venaqui.” The dapper composer gives us “#3k15,” which gives us intimacy, triumph and story-telling all in one song. The song gives off a nature-vibe as he sings and allows us to create imagery of lush forest and triumphant mountains. In the new track, Henny seems to be understanding the result to his actions in love and in life.
“The structure and production really captured the aggressiveness that i felt when i didn’t understand my relationship & why it was “failing. My new album is more about accepting the motions that happen. ups & downs…good days/bad days.. The motions shouldn’t matter too much if “Love Always Prevails”
The arranging of “#3K15,” is by Lenny Anderson and production by Aston Martin. As Henny flows on the track, there is also Melody Gardot’s “The Rain” sample in the background.
Understanding himself as an artist and performer now will show much growth on Henny’s upcoming album, ‘LAP143.’ “I want this album to sound natural from the studio to the stage, says Henny.”
There is no release date yet. The young MC wants nothing more than to give good substance and content for his fans.
“I tried to rush my release date instead of giving the fans music and letting them decide when they’re ready for a new project. Hopefully my fans are able to open up with me and share their experiences. I have this fantasy of doing a concert where people can come on stage and read anonymous letters to their loved ones…that’s literally what i do when i’m writing songs, you know?”
Any true artist takes time to create pure and raw art for their fans to consistently play, feel and converse about. Also, in the words of Erykah Badu, He’s an artist and he’s sensitive about his sh**.

“It should feel like freedom. Getting in your car, taking a plane…whichever way that you need. The American Dream isn’t real, so why not define it by your actions and what makes you feel free” says Ace about the meaning of the hypnotic-yet emotionally aware chorus. “
