It was the most lit throwback Thursday night for Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. The students were given the opportunity to witness Hip-Hop legend Lil Wayne perform all of his biggest hits. His hits including Ms. Officer, Lollipop, and She Will. He even took it all the way back to 2004 by performing his hit single Go D.J. The rapper even reminded fans that he is the king of features by performing his verses to tracks like Chris Brown’s Loyal, Drake’s HYFR, and even Chance the Rapper’s No Problem.
It was a memorable night for the ODU students and they were hype to be in the hip-hop icons presence. During the performance you could even hear people call him “the realist doing it” and “the best rapper alive”. Moments after leaving the stage the rapper even tweeted “ODU y’all was too lit I f**k with y’all” to celebrate the great vibes from the ODU crowd. In remarks to the complications that have been occurring in his career, he mentioned it has not been easy but he has a big surprise coming for his fans very soon.
