Drake Hints at New Music via OVO Sound Radio

Drake‘s birthday is coming up, but it seems like fans are the ones slated to receive a special gift.

On Sunday (October 23) Apple Music will be airing a special birthday edition of Drake’s OVO Sound Radio, and it appears as if Drizzy might be dropping new music at the same time.

Drake took to Instagram to reveal the show, which usually airs on Saturday posting a childhood picture which features his mother and father from his second birthday party, with the caption “Tune into ovosound radio episode 32 my birthday show with mix by me and @oliverelkhatib on Oct 23.”

With all of the upcoming joint ventures that Drake has been tagged with lately, it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what he will drop tomorrow. Drake has a number of things in the works including his joint project with Gucci Mane and an album with Kanye West.

Last month, West revealed the upcoming collab during an interview with Vogue. “We’re just working on music, working on a bunch of music together, just having fun going into the studio,” West said when asked about a recent billboard that popped up with his G.O.O.D. Music logo next to Drake’s OVO insignia. “We’re working on an album, so there’s some exciting things coming up soon.”

Drake, who’s also been dubbed the stream king, recently celebrated success after “One Dance” was reported as Spotify’s most played song, streaming over 880 million times.

OVO Sound Radio airs Sunday at 6pm EST.
