Desiigner teams up with DJ SpinKing for his new song “Outlet.” The song, released the night of October 8th, is produced by Vinylz.
According to XXLMag, the track, which premiered on the OVO Sound Radio, is going to appear on DJ SpinKing’s upcoming project. The track itself is only 1:55 and starts off with an extended, horn-based intro with ad libs and vocalizations. He then quickly raps his lyrics, a handful of short lines that go fast and hard before abruptly cutting off and ending the track.
Desiigner appears to be back on track following the incident in September. The rapper, following an investigation of a road rage incident, had been arrested and charged with criminal possession of controlled substances and intent to sell, though the felony charges were dropped the day after he was charged. Since then, he had performed at the BET Hip-Hop Awards last week where he rapped his song “Timmy Turner,” and now has his song “Outlet” out as well. It appears that Desiigner is putting the past behind him and fully focusing on his career.
