Dave East continues to build momentum as we enter the 4Q of 2016. The Spanish Harlem rapper and new Def Jam Recordings signee finally released his highly-anticipated Kairi Chanel project at the end of September. The album lives up to the expectations and continues to give the emcee a national platform to build his growing fan base. Kairi Chanel features The Game, 2 Chainz, Cam’ron, Beanie Sigel, Fabolous, Sevyn Streeter, and Jazzy Amra.
Tuesday, he released the first official music video to one of the album’s tracks, “Type of Time.” It is a continuation of an earlier visual of the record at the beginning of the year. East shows no signs of letting his foot off the gas as he continues to build his foundation as a promising artist and lyricist.
